At Covebee Image International, we believe clarity builds confidence. Below you’ll find the essential details about how we work together—designed to ensure your experience is smooth, supportive, and empowering from start to finish.

• All services begin with a complimentary Discovery Call. Once we align on your goals, a personalized proposal or package will be created.
• Appointments are available weekdays with select evening/weekend availability upon request. Please book at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your ideal date.

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your package or session. The balance is due 48 hours before your first appointment.
• Packages start at $1,950 CAD. Single services or hourly support are available at $300 CDN/hour.
• Payment plans may be available upon request for packages exceeding $2,000 CDN.

We understand that life happens. To honour both your time and ours:

• Cancellations or reschedules require 48 hours' notice.
• Less than 48 hours' notice may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.
• Missed sessions without notice will be considered forfeit and non-refundable.

We'll always do our best to accommodate extenuating circumstances with compassion.

• We offer virtual and in-person services worldwide and across Canada.
• On-location services are available by request and subject to travel fees, including transportation, accommodations, and a daily per diem when applicable.
• Travel will be confirmed in writing during the booking process.

• For virtual services, Zoom is our primary platform. You will receive a link in advance, along with any prep materials you may need.
• Please ensure you have a quiet, well-lit space and a strong internet connection for the best experience. Thank you in advance!!

• Your privacy and personal growth journey are treated with the utmost respect. 
• All coaching and consulting sessions are strictly confidential. 
• We do not share your information, testimonials, or images without written permission.

• If you would like to capture your transformation, we offer add-on media packages and photo prep coaching.
• We’d love to celebrate your story (with your permission, of course). You’ll have the option to opt-in to sharing your before-and-after results or testimonials.
