2. Appointments & Cancellations Appointments must be booked in advance. We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Payment Terms Full payment is due prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed. Package rates and payment plans are outlined at the time of booking.

4. Intellectual Property All content, materials, and resources shared during coaching or consultations remain the intellectual property of Covebee Image International and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Client Conduct We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client demonstrates inappropriate behavior or breaches these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability While we strive to provide transformative results, Covebee Image International is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the coaching or consulting process.
