Hi, I’m Sarah—founder of Covebee Image International and Image Coach, dedicated to helping individuals refine their authentic appearance, elevate their confidence, and show up with purpose and presence.

I’ve spent years helping executives, creatives, and high-achieving professionals feel like the most powerful version of themselves, whether they’re preparing for the spotlight or simply ready to be seen. My work blends deep coaching with practical image refinement, guiding clients to show up with confidence and authenticity in the moments that matter most.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology, graduate studies in Business, and professional certifications in coaching and image management. My approach is both personal and strategic, designed to help clients navigate elite spaces, enhance their credibility, and lead with quiet confidence and undeniable presence.

Before launching Covebee, I worked in onboard exclusive cruise ships and leadership coaching, where I gained firsthand insight into the power of image and influence. Today, I lead a modern-day finishing school for high achievers, offering tailored coaching in presence, style, and personal brand alignment.

I'm always on the move, splitting my time between Ontario and Newfoundland, Canada, where I live with my husband and daughter. I'm currently participating as a delegate in the Miss Universe Canada pageant, as a new way to represent Canada on the international stage and further my mission of empowering others through confidence, self-expression, and meaningful transformation.
